Aaron Seale

Aaron Seale is the owner of Seale Home Inspections and a Certified Professional Inspector through InterNACHI. A background in roofing and construction led him to pursue an interest in home inspections, and he has been inspecting homes full time since 2018, with more than 1,800 (and counting!) completed home inspections under his belt. Aaron really enjoys meeting new people and seeing new homes every day, and bringing peace of mind to home buyers! When he’s not inspecting homes or running the business, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife Joy and their two dogs (Buck and Livie), hunting, making videos, and playing golf.

Alicia Rundell

Director of Operations

Alicia Rundell is the Director of Operations, and a major part of keeping the company running smoothly! When you call, text or email Seale Home Inspections, you’ll most likely be greeted by Alicia, and she’s the one who can answer any question you have about your home inspection process. She will schedule your inspection for you, but she does so much more behind the scenes! When she’s not talking with clients and agents, you can find Alicia spending time with her husband Dustin, their beautiful baby girl and two dogs.

Michael Cotter

Michael Cotter is an InterNACHI Certified Professional Home Inspector. After owning his home inspection business in Ohio, he moved to Oklahoma and joined Aaron Seale’s team. Michael has been inspecting homes since 2015 and take pleasure in meeting new people and inspecting new homes daily, providing home buyers peace of mind. When he’s not busy with home inspections, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Ellen, and their six daughters or playing golf.
