Aaron Seale

Aaron Seale is the owner of Seale Home Inspections and a Certified Professional Inspector through InterNACHI. A background in roofing and construction led him to pursue an interest in home inspections, and he has been inspecting homes full time since 2018, with more than 1,800 (and counting!) completed home inspections under his belt. Aaron really enjoys meeting new people and seeing new homes every day, and bringing peace of mind to home buyers! When he’s not inspecting homes or running the business, he enjoys spending quality time with his partner Joy and their two dogs (Buck and Livie), hunting, making videos, and playing golf.

Joy Seale

CFO

Joy Seale is the co-owner and CFO of Seale Home Inspections. She helps make all the numbers make sense and keep everything on track. You will never find her in a crawl space or on top of a roof. You will find her hanging with their pup Livie and partner Aaron, possibly even writing or film acting.

Alicia Rundell

Director of Operations

Alicia Rundell is the Director of Operations, and a major part of keeping the company running smoothly! When you call, text or email Seale Home Inspections, you’ll most likely be greeted by Alicia, and she’s the one who can answer any question you have about your home inspection process. She will schedule your inspection for you, but she does so much more behind the scenes! When she’s not talking with clients and agents, you can find Alicia spending time with her husband Dustin, their beautiful baby girl and dog.

Dillon Burchett

Oklahoma License #70003028

Dillon is an Oklahoma-licensed inspector. He loves to help people understand more about the home and what to expect. Also, each home is unique and requires a fresh mindset when inspecting. It is never boring. When not inspecting, he is either spending time with family and friends or rolling around at Primate Jiu Jitsu. He says he has the most annoying dog on earth, which he loves very much.
